Month of Romance - Day 18
I had determined early to be strong this month no matter what the outcome…but I’m too weak. Emotion overcame me. My leg tucks and tummy crunches this morning were interrupted by tears. Hearing my sobs, my husband came upstairs to see what was the matter.
He spoke to me gently, “Come here. Come here.”
Melting into his inviting embrace, “I was determined to be stronger than this,” I sobbed. “I wasn’t going to cry this month.”
Taking me by the hand, helping me up off the floor, “Come sit on the bed with me,” he said.
We sat down on the edge of the bed. He held me and kissed my forehead. I continued to cry.
“I want to have children. Not just one child…many. I want to be a Mom and you to be a Dad. I’m not getting younger. I’m getting older,” I wept, honestly sharing my pain.
“I know, Love. We will have children. Have faith. All in God’s time. Remember Romans 11:33,” he spoke to me gently.
“I know you are right. It’s just that I was going to be so strong this month. And, it’s such a strong desire. I believe God will give us children…all in His time, like you said,” I answered recalling Romans 11:33 in my mind.
“O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable his judgments, and his ways past finding out!” Romans 11:33
I wish I could be strong and stay those tears. I am so thankful for my husband and his tenderness towards me. Thank you, Lord for a kind and loving husband!

((((((((((HUGS!!!))))))))))
Hang in there. I hope I am not being a “well meaning friend”, but have you ever heard of the book “Taking Charge Of Your Fertility” ?
My sil tried to get pregnant for I *think* about five or six months before she got pregnant. I sugggested she read this book. She got the book and was pregnant right after reading it.
She has longer than usual cycles and didn’t know when she was ovulating. The book taught her what signs to look for. She looked for them, and was pregnant!
Hang in there. You’ve got a great husband there too.
